My wife Jane and I meet Doug at Faith Baptist Church, on Ross Road in Dalton, Michigan many years ago. At that time Doug had purchased some land and was building a new home. He and his wife Kathy had a nice new home they built off Weber Road and they were fun to hang out with and visit. Our condolences go out to Kathy and the family and we know that Kathy will lean on God and His word and family during this time of great loss. Again, our condolences and God's comfort. Doug was a really great guy we use to go to school together and after school we had alot of fun shooting guns and we would go bowhunting together ! My wife and y would go over to his house and play games and always was fun of jokes and kidding around, we kind of got lost in work and being busy with life and fell away from visiting each other he was a good friend and will be missed ! Praying for the family 🙏🙏🙏🙏

My condolences to Kathy and Dougs family. I grew up with Douglas (AKA: Dulley) and I must say the memories are endless and full of great times.
His laugh was infectious, however, when he curled and bit his tongue everyone ducted for cover. I remember sneaking off with his bicycle only to be chased down and flattened in two seconds and him helpIng me up laughing all the way. The neighborhood was full of Doug Harris events.

Doug, I know who you served, Jesus your Lord. You are home.
