Dr. Charles “Tom” Kelso, age 83, of Spring Lake passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at Heartwood Lodge Hospice Residence. He was born November 23, 1934, in Wilkinsburg, PA to Daniel M. and Adele (Rose) Kelso. He me Read Obituary
My condolences to Barbara and the Kelso family. I will forever remember our reconnecting at The Church of the Eternal Hills in Tabernash, CO and skiing together until we left that sport behind as we aged. I expect to reconnect once again in due course.

Barb and family...Paul and I were saddened to hear of Tom's passing. Thank you Barb for calling us.
Tom was such a fun guy and Paul and I and family were glad we were able to visit with you in Spring Lake this July. It was great to talk about things new and old, talking about sailing trips, pool parties and our kids growing up. Also Colorado skiing. We first visited Colorado when you invited us to your Winter Park home to ski! That was so much fun and it became a yearly event.

Tom and I were so very sorry to hear of Toms death! Our love and sympathy go out to you, Barb, and your family.
Many fond memories of our times together in Winter Park, staying in your beautiful home and skiing together. Your Tom’s beaver (or was it raccoon?) hat ahead as we “attacked” the moguls. And we will never forget the bet between Rick and me and what he had to eat when he lost the bet! We all had fun over that one!
We all loved Tom, Barb, and regret that, when we saw each other at events, we didn’t plans a get=together to catch up.

Dear Barb and family,
I was so sorry to read of the passing of your loved one. I have fond memories of the many years of working with Dr. Kelso in the Lab. He was the one who hired me in 1974 as a young graduate from Indiana and also facilitated a new-car loan for me through his contact at Lumberman Bank when I didn't have a local co-signer.
