Dorothy and Prince,
I was so honored to be Ed's friend for the years he and I shared at Chestnut Fields. I enjoyed his company so much. We shared a special bond since he knew my Dad. I was always, "Bruno's daughter" to Ed. We shared many laughs, polkas, cookies, walks and talks. He was a good man and my life is better for knowing him and both of you! Take care. I'm sorry I can't be at his visitation or service, but my thoughts are with you and with Ed. Love to you, Maggie Carlson
My heartfelt sorrow goes out to the Piasecki family during this time. Ed was married to my Grandmother before her passing in 2002. He loved teaching her to golf and taking her dancing. Our family including myself, my parents Henry and Helen McCollum and my brothers will keep many fond memories in our hearts of Ed and his passion for life...
My sympathy to Dorothy and the rest of the Piasecki families. I had the privilege of meeting Ed a little over 2 years ago. He was one of my hair clients in the barber shop at Chestnut Fields where he resided. He came in every Tues. afternoon with a smile on his face and a story to share. He always tipped his hat and would stop in to visit with the ladies while they would be getting their hair done. He would make us laugh by asking me if I would give him a perm! I liked to tease him at the end of the day when I would leave, as I would always find him out in the parlor eating the cookies! I will miss him and remember him always!

Condolences to Ed's family from his family at Northern Machine Tool Company. I am so proud to say that I had the privilege to work with Ed for many years. Outstanding person that gave more than he took. Never argue with Ed's opinion. He will be missed by many, but his memory will continue!!
