I grew up with Eddie at Maple Island. We shared many great times together and he will be missed by everyone that knew him. Eddie served his country with pride and continued his love for the military and veterans throughout his life. Eddie touched the lives of so many Veterans at the end of their lives. Eddie was a great friend and a great man and i will miss him until my dying day at which time we will be reunited. GODSPEED my friend I will miss you so much. LOVE YA BROTHER.

Steady Eddie, a great true friend with a big heart who would do most anything for you to help out. I cherish the memories I have with him over the years playing softball, golf, and even card playing with the boys! A truly good guy that definitely will be missed by not only me but his numerous friends he achieved because of his thoughtful ways. May God bless Ed, his wife Karen, and his entire family during this most difficult time.

Karen and family, we were so sorry to hear of Ed’s passing. Ed always had a smile on his face and enjoyed good to times at our functions. He will be missed here at Walden Shores.

Mary and I met Ed and Karen in Florida four years ago while snow birding it. While discussing our religious beliefs in the pool, we found our friendship blossoming to where we became fast friends. I grew to love Eddie and readily admits that Eddie became my dearest friend. Eddie never met a person he did not like or could not start up a conversation with at a drop of the hat. He was a valuable member of our mens' club helping out wherever and whenever he could. Eddie will be sorely missed by everyone who came to know him.
