Eileen E. Swanson, age 84, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 8, 2022. She was born July 10, 1938 in Pekin, IL to George and Beth (Blue) Berry. Eileen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in teaching from Goshen College in I Read Obituary
I was so glad Eileen didn't stop doing the things she loved like traveling even after Russ passed away. I was very impressed with her independence.

A graduate of OHS, I had both your parents as teachers before they married. I remember their courtship as a real life Hallmark movie. The way they smiled at each other between classes, the look on their faces as the other came down the hall, the ultimate joy we all shared when they announced their engagement...it truly was our very own Hallmark love story...

Dear Swanson family,
We shared many fond experiences with Your Mom, Dad and you Ron and Steve at the First Reformed church of Ravenna. Eileen enjoyed going Gulf Shores the past few years. We attended many outings and lunch at one of her favorite restaurants “Mikee”. RIP dear friend Eileen. You will be missed.
I remember going to her graduation in Indiana. I was amazed at the place. And proud to see her graduate even though I didn't quite understand the whole idea of what a graduation was. I did know that it was an honor. Sorry we were not to have a. closer relationship. Farewell Aunt Eileen.
