Dear Family: Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers! I have had the pleasure of knowing Al the past 26 years, when I married into the family. He always told it like it was, straight to the point, no guessing what was on his mind. Would you give you the shirt off his back if you truly needed it. I will miss my weekly calls during gardening time, checking to see if his garden was growing faster than mine. Keeping me up to date on all that was being canned and the hundreds of pints of salsa for Dennis. I will think of him often when in my garden or roasting sweet corn. He truly loved his family and will be missed by all of us who knew him.
Love you a bunch!!!!!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Al was a huge part of The Village at Park Terrace family and will be missed by many. Fond memories will be cherished and forever with our staff of his tender teasing, quick wit and those “just because” flower deliveries.

Aunt Jeanie and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I had hoped to see Uncle Al when I visit MI in July but I guess it wasn't meant to be. I believe the last time I saw Aunt Jeannie and Uncle Al was at Derek and Stephanie's wedding. That is a fond memory. I also remember Uncle Al's check in calls after my medical scare a few years ago. Then my mind went back MANY years ago when Uncle Al would have those wonderful corn roasts. Wonderful memories. I am sorry that I won't be physically present this week but I will be there in spirit. I love you Aunt Jeanie and am sending a 'virtual' hug.
