As a teacher at Mona Shores High for more than 30 years, I had the pleasure of working with and for Betty. Her help was invaluable. She was totally professional and friendly. She was one of my favorite Mona Shores people. I will dearly miss her.

Ellen Tindall, our deceased mother and mother-in-law, cherished her friendship with Betty. They met at the Norton Shores Library playing cards and cribbage. This beautiful friendship went on for many years. Ellen had her 90th birthday celebration with her friends at the library in 2003. Betty was delighted to help with the preparations and to celebrate with her good friend, Ellen.
We often attended St. Francis deSales Church for Mass and would frequently see Betty there. She was always a joy to see and speak with....Betty was cheerful and appreciative of these quick "chats."
It is a lovely thought to think that Betty and Ellen are enjoying the heavenly feast together.
Our prayers and thoughts are with the family of Betty.
