We always looked forward to coming 'home', knowing Gene would be there with mom (Rose). He always showed an interest in whatever we were into whether it be motorbikes or sailing or whatever. He looked so handsome at Dave and Deanna's wedding breakfast last July - Black shorts, black shirt and knee socks with a nice looking cane to get around. We'll greatly miss him but he'll always be in our hearts. Our condolences to Lori and Kris and your families.
See ya later, Gene....##imported-begin##Robin Whitehurst & Glenn Kalmowitz##imported-end##

In the short 10 years that I had the priviledge of knowing Gene (thru Rose) I found him to be one of the most loving, considerate gentlemen that I have ever known. I shall never forget his smile. He was special and I will miss him when I visit Rose.##imported-begin##Joy Nelson##imported-end##

I worked for Gene at "Automotive" for a few years and always remembered him as a good man with a big smile. I also remember every Saturday him and I worked together he would send we to Waynes Deli to get us both a Gimmik Sandwich....not a piece but the whole thing....and we would manage to finish it before the day was done. I seen him a couple years ago and we had a good chat and a few laughs. I will miss you Gene, you were a good man.
Sorry to here of your loss Kris and Lori.##imported-begin##Mike Stonex##imported-end##
