Dear Dale, It was with great sorrow that I read Eunice's death notice. She was one of those patients that leave a mark. I admired her strength, applauded her courage, and greatly appreciated her quiet admissions of fear and uncertainty. She shared bits of her life history: the deep freindship and companionship of your long marriage, her good friends, how much she loved her family and appreciated their love and care. Funny, we talked about nursing but never about the dogs! There are few patients I pray with but she was one--and I kept her in my prayers.God's plan is not always what we would like but I know He was with her through all the painful and scary time til she died. Somehow thats not a lot of comfort right now... I am glad I knew her for the time I was her nurse. My deepest sympathy to you.##imported-begin##Sally Dunn RN##imported-end##
