I worked at MCC with both Dave and Faye. They were the two nicest people you could ever hope to ever meet and know. The will be deeply missed by anyone who ever had the privilege to know them. The world was a better place because they were here.
To Brian and Sheri. Your mother was special to me. As you may recall, we worked together in the Community Services Office at Muskegon Community College for several years. Faye was a dependable, diligent professional and was very easy to work with. I shall always be thankful for the clerical support she provided for the African American Celebration 1992. She was directly involved with preparing and producing much of the printed materials for the Celebration. I will remember her and your dad fondly. Faye was a faithful member of our congregation. She was a quiet, gentle, and faithful woman. She was quite proud of her children and grandchildren. We will miss her greatly at the church. She was especially loved by her quilting buddies.
Although we only met a few times I found you to be a very special lady. I’m glad your suffering is over. You are now at a special place where you belong. My best to your family and friends who are now dealing with your loss. God bless
Faye was the bravest person I had ever known. She fought a long hard battle, but was still an amazing beautiful woman.. I will miss her dearly.
We met Faye and Dave at a Cancer event at Mona Shores High School in 2002. Faye was an inspiration for me as she was a strong fighter. We had been celebrating that our treatments were done, but just year later her cancer had returned. Dave loved her so much and was a terrific support person. We are sending virtual hugs to your entire family.
