Thinking of your family at this time of peace with fond memories of the dear friendship your parents shared with mine. I remember Forrest fixing my car in high school and playing card games with my mom and dad, Clarence and Louise. Your dad and my dad were "old buddies" and treasured friends.

I have so many fond memories of Uncle Forrest. One stand out; I worked most Sundays at the ice cream parlor and would sneak some ice cream into church for him Sunday evenings. We are blessed knowing we will see him again one day; maybe I will sneak in some ice cream! :-) Sheila and I are praying for you all.
