Fran was one of the first people I met in Fairway Farms. I was the first president of the association and had many interactions with the Debniaks. We had a mutually loving respect for each other. Fran wasn't always the easiest to work with, because she was always honest in what she said. That is why we got along so well. For the past year, as I drove past the rear of the condo I always wondered where and how she was---the dog no longer barked its greeting. I pray that you will find peace in your sorrow.
