My heart goes out to the whole Lazarock family. Fran has been my next door neighbor for the last 41 years and over those years we had many over the fence conversations while she tended to her flowers, and the feeders for the birds. She loved being with nature. And the knowledge she had from her years of reading would just amaze me. I could sit and visit with her and just listen and learn. She was the kindest, loving and caring woman I was privileged to know. RIP Fran, I will miss you so much.
