I was in the class of 59 with Frank. He was a great person and much fun to be around in public. Very sad to hear this news. My sympathies to the family.

Frank and I were in school together from the St. Patrick days until graduation in 1959. A nicer guy anyone would ever meet. As adults going our many separate ways, the only way we kept in touch was when we saw one another at Class of '59 reunions.
