Uncle Frankie and Aunt Margaret visited me yearly in Texas since 1981. We had many adventures to restaurants, casinos and even a cruise one year. Uncle always had specialty recipes that he liked to make while visiting and I benefited coming home from work and not having to cook. And the leftovers were packaged and put in the freezer so I would have home cooked meals for another time. His favorite restaurant was Tomatillos and he loved their Margaritas which he perfected so he could enjoy them at home. My friends became his friends and he was loved by all of us. I will dearly miss him. My love and condolences to my cousins Tony and John and to their families.
