Chris and family we only knew Gary for 4 days. My husband Chad shared a room with him at Mercy. Before we introduced ourselves; listening to Gary through the curtain tell his stories and chats with the medical staff. I instantly knew I'd like him. Later we found out what a small world it was and that we had a mutual acquaintance. I looked forward to bumping into both of you in the summer and shooting the breeze. Chris, I too lost my husband unexpectedly but on April 29th. Can you imagine their faces when they seen each other in Heaven? I'd offer to pray for your family but I know you understand why I can't. Know your family have been in our thoughts and our hearts break for your loss.
Chris and family - My memories of Gary was a man who loved his family, spoke his mind and you knew where you stood with him - no bullshit. So sorry for your loss.
He will always be remembered for the uncle that gave us kids a hard time, but made us tough. I love you uncle Gary and will see your family soon. Here's a Canadian flag.
Sending my deepest sympathies. Such a fun, loving guy. So sorry for your loss Chris! Hugs to you and your families.🙏

Gary was a great friend and even a better union brother, I will miss my stops in the woods to see him during hunting season, always a cold beer and little cussing to remember my time at neway with him. he taught me a lot and I will miss him.
