Gary Wayne Skinner's Obituary
Mr. Gary Wayne Skinner, age 66, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013. He was born October 31, 1946 in Muskegon to Donald and Joyce (Russell) Skinner. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Gary worked 27 years as a sheriff deputy for the Muskegon County Sheriff Department and retired in 1999. SURVIVORS include 3 daughters, Jennifer (Aaron) Cranston, Deanna (Jason) Laus, Brenda Skinner; 4 grandchildren, Tyler, Gabriel, Natalie, and Breanna; and many extended family and friends. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Elbridge Community Church (2730 N. 136th Street, Hart) with Pastor Dennis Hintz officiating. VISITATION will be held 5-8 PM Friday at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100. Visitation will also be held on Saturday one hour prior to the service at the church.
