I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Mr.Carters family. He will be missed dearly. Mr. Carter used to come to our Fed Ex Facility, and drive out at about 2am, when he left, he and Officer William Spraggs would kid around with each other all the time about Mr Spraggs car, hahaha, oh how they would laugh it up. We will miss his smiling face here in Antioch, Tennessee, god Bless you all, and know that our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.
