There are many memories but this one makes me smile. It was a hot summer day and I was working at Drummonds meat market. Glenna had just left the meat market to take care of Dan and Esther when I heard the back door slam. I walked out back and Glenna was standing there and she said Ricky come here, she said I was driving the car and I was swatting flies, and I drove the car in the ditch. Come help me get the car out of the ditch before Bing finds out. I don’t think he ever knew that happened.
