I just want to say that I love my Aunt Gloria and all her beautiful family. I am so sorry to hear of her passing, but realize that God only lends people to us to teach us about life, love and faith. Aunt Gloria did just that with her love of family, belief in God and devotion to living. I am very positive that she is in heaven with my mom, Grandma and Grandpa Moore, her brother Sam, her husband and father of her children, Uncle Jim, Aunt Bonnie and numerous others. May she rest in eternal peace.
Sorry for your loss. I knew Gloria through my mother, Marge Ford, at Chestnut Fields. They were next door neighbors. Gloria was such a fun person to be around. Now they're reunited as my Mother passed on June 6th of 2013. Keeping you all in my thoughts and
prayers. Joyce Carvey
I wish to express my deepest sympathy in your loss. May you hold dear in your heart your treasured memories.
What a life. What a lady. Her children and grandchildren are proof of the extraordinary mother and grandmother she was. Look at them and you see her - feisty, quick with a laugh, no easy mark, fantastic cook, a rare intelligence. And she was loved.

I remember when Ann and I were engaged and Aunt Gloria had a wedding shower for Ann at her home. I was studying for finals and was "permitted" to stay in the kitchen but the shower was not for men. That makes me smile whenever I think about it. I also loved the competition between Grandma Moore, Terry, Aunt Gloria, and Aunt Bonnie about who made the best potato salad. Aunt Gloria was a lady in the truest sense, she always made me feel welcome . Remember to eat dessert first. Tom Deja
