Who says you can't have fun and be a Christian? Linda, your description hit the nail on the head. Zu was one wacky lady. Forgive me but I'm gonna tell on her. As a child, to catch her eye in some service then see her pop her "uppers" down. You had to laugh! Or walking toward your cabin and all the sudden you feel an arm go around your shoulders and hear someone say, "How's it going" or "Do you need to talk" That was Zu;
CARING and doing God's work in her own way.

I met Ding and Zu at camp, when I was 10 or 11 and my love for them has never ceased. That's almost three quarters of a century ago. That was before Linda, David or Christie. It was a privilege to know her, to learn from her and to love her.

Auntie Zu was such an amazing lady. She always put a smile on my face. She was the aunt who would punch your cheeks. Just a joy to be around. I will love her forever.

My Grandma Gloria will always be loved and remembered. I knew there was a God and that He's a loving one through the warmth and joy she brought to our lives. I fondly remember going with her and my Grandpa Ding on ministry trips to Maryland and Maine. I loved seeing how she genuinely loved and cared for each of my Grandpa's art students each summer at Maranatha Bible Conference. Her presence made holidays and life celebrations nostalgic. I have a family of my own and we will always miss her until the Day of the Lord when we're all reunited and those joys will be renewed and unending in the absence of sin and death with Jesus Himself.

I had the pleasure of knowing Gloria and her wonderful family through her hospice sevices. My last visit with them, she was enjoying listening to her grandson Gabriel playing the piano. Although she was not fully aware of his relationship to her, I knew she had taught her son David to play and David had taught Gabe. I thought "what a beautiful moment - her legacy to her family (the joy of music) now comforting her in her final days." It was an honor to be a part of her final journey here before she went home. I remember when my mother read us the Bible Story book which was yhe whole historical narrative of the Bible. We not only read it - we emoted through it. She made it cone alive. She built in me a real love for the scriptures. My mom was a good communicator and with her wacky sense of humor, sometimes it was like getting your Bible education from a combination of Lucy Ricardo and Gracie Allen.

I always loved how she'd pinch your cheeks and say "Blub blub blub" and call you her sweaty sweetie. I am soooo going to miss Auntie Zu!! Rest with the angels and give mom, Aunt Minnie, Auntie Mae, Paul and Denny a hug for me and tell them I can't wait to be reunited.

I loved my dear Aunt Gloria, what a wonderful Christian woman she was, I spent many Sundays years ago with her on Sundays, when my uncle Rev. Teuling was on the
road preaching and doing his chalk art. I would go home with her after church, spend the afternoon with her at their house on the lake, and then we would go back to church, and then I would go home with my mother. My mother Mae Castle thought the world of Gloria, and also her brother Rev. Teuling. Gloria and my mother were the best of friends,
and Gloria was a treasure for sure. Rest in Peace Aunt Gloria, you are now with
other loved ones. and now sheltered in the Arms of God. We will meet you again
when God calls us home.
