"To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die." Grace you were such a great sister to Bob and sister in law to me. We remember the good times we have had together over the years with our visits to see Mom Noor and you in Michigan and then the visits to us in North Carolina. Then the years pass and we become the older generation and do not feel we can travel as we did years ago.
Barbara and I wish we were able to be in Muskegon to share our memories and hugs with Laura and Jim today but sincerely hope they feel the support of our presents even in our absence. Grace you were taken from us, but you will live on in our hearts and minds because we will never stop loving you. With your faith, we know you are safe in the hand of God.

My first Christmas with the Noor family was the year Jack gave me an engagement ring. It snowed like crazy Christmas Eve but we still made it to Aunt Grace's house for Christmas brunch. It was the first time I ate Aunt Grace's wonderful Egg Strata. It was a grand time with the Noor clan. Even Linda Boyles was in town with Kim and Chris. As I recall Laura and Vince were engaged to be married in the spring so there was a lot of excitement that Christmas.
Jack and I were in Dearborn MI in Sept 2010 and decided to drive over to Muskegon and visit Aunt Grace. We took her for a perch dinner and spent the afternoon with her. She said she still enjoyed listening to the Tiger games in the afternoons or evenings. Jack is listening to a Tiger game right now and thinking of her.
Aunt Grace was a lovely, kind woman. She cared deeply. She will be missed.

One more memory, Aunt Dena, Grace's mother invited us over for lunch, another time, the last time we visited, an absolutely beautiful lunch. When we told her that she said it was all Grace's doing. She did not know what she would do without her.
I remember when my mom Jean, Grace's cousin, my grandpa Jerry, her uncle, and I drove to Muskegon long ago. We visited Aunt Nell, and Uncle Ed. She heard we were there. She came dashing in and said "When I heard you were here, I just dropped my vacuum cleaner on the the living room floor!" So many other memories. We loved her.
