Gudrun Renate Randles' Obituary
Gudrun Renate Randles, age 80, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at Fountain View Assisted Living Center in Fremont. Gudrun was born in Stuttgart, Germany on March 9, 1944 to Wilhelm Allmendinger and Anneliese Banhardt. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family, including her dogs and granddogs. Gudrun especially loved traveling to her homeland in Germany, learning about history, and Sunday afternoon NASCAR races. She is survived by 2 daughters, Claudia Fhlug, Connie (Kurt) Bonner; 3 grandchildren, Michael (Lauren) Bonner, Luke Bonner, Shelby Fhlug; 2 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Jurgen (Annemarie) Eisele; nephew, Marco (Sabine) Eisele and their 2 sons; niece, Jasmin Eisele and her daughter; cousins, Inge (Rainer) Rautenberg and family, Gerd (Birgit) Benner. She will be remembered fondly by the staff at Fremont Fountain View Assisted Living. She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Karl Eisele; her son-in-law, Dean Fhlug; and her beloved aunt Irmgard Benner. In keeping with Gudrun’s wishes, there will be no public services.
