Hal, we are sure going to miss seeing you out in your yard, pulling your boat out of the garage, fiddling with your fishing poles, getting those awesome blue gills from you, driving your yard tractor around and just not being able to say hello to you or give you a wave. You were the best neighbor and we are so happy to have been able to have you in our lives for the past 6 1/2 years. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time. We hope you find the best fishing hole Heaven has to offer.
Miss you friend.

Mr Frazier,
Thanks for all the Great memories we had fishing. You, Jerry and myself under the Ole Float Bridge. You guys always made fishing fun even if we were not catching much. But that didn’t happen very often. Thanks again for having me in your life. You were a Great guy!! You will be missed!!

"Big H", as us girls called him was one of our favorites at Lakeside Cafe where he frequently visited with his son Tim for lunch & dinner. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for this special sweet man. I enjoyed seeing his smiling face every time he walked in and I will surely miss him. My condolences and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time. 💛
I am so sorry to read this obituary tonight of a dear friend . I Hal was a part of my life after I married his friend Ed Pranger. He and ED did lots of fishing together, and we had many dinners weekly together. He was a very good friend. I will always remember many memories of our times together. I will pray for the family to be at peace and comfort while feeling their loss.
