I was greatly saddened to hear of Harriett's passing. Harriett and I became fast friends when I started attending St. Luke's and sat near her in the pews. She had the best and sweetest smile and I loved her right away. I will always cherish our friendship...all the rides back and forth to church...all the visits in her house...all the chats about her family and the way she counted her sisters on her fingers...all of her poetry and drawings and most of all her love and laughter and friendship. I will always cherish the time I had with her and thank God for such a gift. I look forward to the day when we can meet up again in heaven and continue our wonderful friendship. There are so many fond memories of Harriett, it is actually hard to put into writing. Harriett is synonymous
with Clarke Floor - when you think of one, you think of the other.

She was so informative, when a question, you would hear, "Ask Harriett!". Harriett was cheerful and fun everyday of the week, caring about everyone, with never an unkind word. She was in inspiration, and know time with her leaves me with great memories.
