Dear Erdmann family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Praying for God's strength and comfort for all of you.
Carla, I remember the fun we used to have in Brownies and just visiting between your house and mine and how sweet your mom was. She was one of the kindest mom's I remember and one of my fondest childhood memories.
God bless you all,

I happened upon this beautifully worded memorial while engaged in family research regarding the Topping family (Helen Vink (then Swanson) was married to my grandfather Ora Topping.
I'm sorry that I missed an opportunity to touch base with Hazel - I'm sure she would have been a great source of family history information and great stories. May God grant you eternal peace and comfort, Hazel - and while your family will indeed grieve at your loss, may they find great joy in remembering the moments where you touched their lives.

To the Erdmann Family:
So sorry for the loss of your wife and mother. Having lost my mother to Alzheimers I know what a long struggle it must have been for all of you. Remember all the good times and memories and know that she is at peace now. I graduated from SLHS with Carla and I believe I remember Mrs. Erdmann from Nortonville Chapel. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Many thoughts and prayers being sent far and wide to the Erdmann family. I remember going to Mr. & Mrs. Erdmann's when Connie & Jesse lived in the "backyard" and swimming in the pool......well really floating while Mr. & Mrs. chatted with us about what was going on the world. Just so many great memories....fishing.....garage sales.....waving as Mr. & Mrs. came and went. So sorry for your loss and again remember all the great times!!!##imported-begin##Jeanne Antonich Reenders##imported-end##

As we near the completion of our first holiday without "Mom" I count the many blessings that I take away as her eldest daughter. She made me the person I am today. I learned to be strong yet sensitive, to watch and listen but also to stand up for a belief. I learned to give to those that need, to take comfort in nature and our pets and most of all to love God. She is missed. Love, Carly##imported-begin##Carla Erdmann Lootens##imported-end##
