I sure will miss dear, sweet Helen on Sundays as my dad used to sit next to her in their wheel chairs and without fail Helen always waved hello to me before and after Mass. Rest assured that my father was one of the first to welcome Helen to Heaven.

Dear Cousins,
We are so very sorry to hear about Aunt Helen's passing. Such good memories. She cut my hair and pierced my ears. The one memory that we always think of is one evening at the Little River Uncle Frank came up to us and said, "John, you have to help me find Helen, I can't find her." Of course John said, "Okay Frank, she couldn't have gone far." Well, Aunt Helen was finally found and she was just smiling away and had no idea Uncle Frank was in the panic mode. She could really get around in that wheelchair! She will be missed. Our deepest condolences to you.

With sympathy and love to the Sohasky family. I grew up with them, and will never forget snapping green beans in your backyard with your Mom. Karen Kuharevicz Martin
I am Helen’s oldest grandchild, Stephanie. Although my heart breaks for losing my grandma, I feel so lucky to have spent 46 years of my life with her on earth. Not everyone to can be so fortunate. We lived pretty far away from her and my grandpa but when we visited her every summer, she never felt like a stranger. She always had a twinkle in her eye when she welcomed you into her home and the love she had for you sparkled out of them. I admire my grandma for so many things...her determination to live in her home after suffering a stroke many years ago, her talent for putting together the most challenging puzzles that kept her sharp as a tack, her wonderful cooking and baking, and so much more. Grateful doesn’t begin to describe how much it has meant to me to know her and for my boys to know her. If you spent any time with her the past 90 years, I bet you feel the same. ❤️ Thanks for listening!
I have precious memories of Mrs. Sohasky making us lunch then giving us (Dane, Diane, Don, and I) a place to sleep for awhile, then feeding us again when we woke up during the time Mom was in Mercy before she died. That was such a loving thing to do. I also remember your Mom making apple pies; she was the best pie baker! And, of course, her twinkle-in-the-eye smile. Such a beautiful heart! God bless you all and bring you peace!

Helen was a dear sweet gracious lady. I will always remember her kindness’s over the years. Rest In Peace I know you are with Frank and your family!
