Dear Major Mary, Major Linda, Cadet Robert and Family,

We are very sorry for your loss. Saying "goodbye" to a precious mother and grandmother is very difficult.

I pray that the memories of Helen's precious life will help sustain the family during this time and beyond. She will be missed by each one of you.

I pray that God will bring you all comfort and strength as only He can.

Grandma was always taking care of other people. Whether it was taking care of kids or adults she cared about everyone. I remember when I was little when we would go to grandma’s house and she would be watching other children. I do not remember her ever giving preferential treatment. We were all worthy of her attention. She truly cared about us all.
Even in her last days I know that she cared about how others were doing. I had the joy of going to see her the day before I left for Georgia. Even while I was there she was worried about me. That was a change because I came to see her because she had just gone into the emergency room a night or two previously. She truly cared no matter what condition she was in.
I am thankful to God that he allowed my departure to be delayed so that I had the opportunity to visit with her one last time on this earth. She was a joy, a support and help throughout her time here. I will miss her greatly, but I know that she is in a much better place now, with her Lord and Savior.
Keep caring and watching over us grandma!

You Wife, Mother and Grandmother was a wonderful person. She showed Christ to everyone she was in contact with. I am so glad she was a part of my life. Helen was a blessing to me. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you greve the lost of your Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. Remember she is in Glory now with her Heavenly Father and we can be thankful for Helen's live and example of Christ she showed to everyone what a witness she was and will continue to be.

Our Dear Friends,
We have been saddened as we learned in recent weeks of your dear mother's illness. Now you are experiencing a terrible loss and emptiness. But how we rejoice that this beautiful Christian lady is now in His presence, with no more suffering, only joy at seeing her Lord face to face and reuniting with those who have gone before.
