I am sure my mom; Marge and Jack are having a ball together now. Jack was a great friend to my mom and hung in there with her even when she treated him poorly. I stopped in to see Jack on Tuesday afternoon; we had a pretty good talk about his hip and things in general. I did not expect him to pass so soon.
Maribeth and I will be down south by the 13th but will be thinking about you all and will raise a glass or two that afternoon.
Sorry for your loss.

Jackie, Ev, Bill, Paula, Jim, and Sue--We are so very sorry to hear that Jack is gone. He was such a sweet, sweet man--always concerned that others were comfortable, that others were okay, that others were taken care of. We are so grateful we got to spend more time with him in 2010 when we were home. He sure loved you all so much. The world is a sadder place without Jack, but it's a better place because he was here! Love to all of you, Dan and Marijane
