Mr. Jackie Loy “Jack” Garvey, age 69, went home to be with his Lord on January 10, 2010. Jack was born the youngest of thirteen children to Harley and Reeta (McClain) Garvey in Muskegon on December 22, 1940. He married Vivian A. A Read Obituary
I am very sorry for your loss. While I didn't know Uncle Jack very well, my memory of him was of a kind and caring man. I remember meeting him at my Dad's funeral (Jerome, Florence & Phil's son) and he was so warm and kind. He will truly be missed by those who loved him. First time knowing Jack was way back when I was working for Ed Aamodt! Jack was so much fun in the dental lab! Then he went out on his own, and I know he was a success. He was a wonderful, dear gentleman and will be missed by many.

I was a friend of Erik's from High School and have very fond memories of the Garvey family and our times at St Jean's... especially Youth Group. Jack was a great man.. I remember many a times walking to Lack's on Larch and stopping into the old dental lab and chatting for a bit.
