Mrs. Jaclyn Louise Clawson's Obituary
Mrs. Jaclyn Clawson, age 89, passed away December 5, 2015 in Alma, MI. She was born in Muskegon to Ronald and Effie (Maclaurin) Williams. On May 1, 1953, she married Richard Lowell Clawson and he preceded her in death on October 8, 2006. Jaclyn had worked as a bookkeeper for Clawson T.V. Repair and prior to that, had worked for Clarke Floor Machine, but was mostly a homemaker. Jaclyn was a loving, generous person who loved God and read her Bible every day. She was very fond of her cat, Bing, and enjoyed reading fiction. Jackie Lou was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by all she loved and loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (William) Kingsley of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Sally (Randy) Seifers; sister-in-law, Noreen Flickema; several nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend, Rose. Jaclyn was also preceded in death by her son, Richard Lowell Clawson Jr. and a niece, Amy Ferris. In accordance with her wishes, a private graveside service has been held at the Lakeside Cemetery.
