Jacob N. Johnson's Obituary
Mr. Jacob N. “Jake” Johnson, age 25, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, February 13, 2009 in Muskegon. He was born November 4, 1983 to Torger and Gert (Weinert) Johnson in Muskegon, and lived most of his life here. Jake volunteered with recreational basketball with the Muskegon Public Schools, loved to sing, write songs, and draw. He worked in construction, and had served with the United States Marine Corps. On August 18, 2008 he married his wife Angela (Trowbridge), and she survives him along with 1 son, Gage Michael J. Johnson; 1 step-daughter, Sadie Joy Knapp; his father and mother, Torger and Gert Johnson of Muskegon; 4 brothers and sisters and their children, Roxanne and James Rusco, Logan and Cooper, of Twin Lake, Torger Johnson II and Dana Anderson, Taylor, Torger III, Pate, and Tanner of Twin Lake, AErin and Bruce Graves, Owen and Eli of Kingsley, Kolina and Ryan Backstrom, Aiden and Kingsley of Oscoda; grandparents, Lucille Weinert and LeRoy Johnson. He was preceded in death by grandparents Willard Weinert and Jeanne Johnson. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at
