Mr. James “Jim” C. Bartels, age 93, of Grand Haven passed away Friday, February 26, 2016. He was born February 11, 1923 in Muskegon Heights to Levi and Nettie (Workman) Bartels. Jim was a veteran of the US Army and served in WW I Read Obituary
I want to send my condolences to the family of Jim and Ema of the loss of Jim. I remember Jim and a very outgoing cousin and always had a smile on his face. Even though he was a bit older than myself,I will always remember his happy temperament. May the prayers and thoughts be with the family.
