I grew to love him as our son-in-law.
His faithful church attendance, work ethic and adopting Pam's, Maggie and Harry and I saw how much he adored Pam.
When Jim was in the hospital, I would text him Bible verses...
One was Psalms 34:4
"I sought the Lord and He heard me and delivered me from all my fears."
My favorite, Isaiah 40:28-29
Hast thou not known, hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the creator of the ends of thee earth, fainteth not, neither is weary
There is no searching of HIS understanding.
He giveth power to the faint, and to them who have no might; He increaseth strength.
Jim would reply, "Thanks, Love ya."
I would remind him that Jesus loves him, and I do too."
Now, Jim is with Jesus and his father-in-law, Roger Wolffis. Each loved Jim unconditionally.
