Wish to express my regrets about Jim's passing. I worked with Jim during his time employed by URS. Jim was a positve always 'a cup half full' person, willing to seek out and pursue what ever was called for to assist our companies success. Jim and I drove to potentil projects sites, during which time I came to enloy the time so much. I sensed Jim's bacground was not at all easy, no golden spoon for him. I almost felt as Jim was like another dad to me in a way. Much wisdom fleely offered by one who truely loved and treasured family.
