Jim was a good friend of mine. We served together in the Air Force, him in his capacity as the Officer in Charge of the Primary Care Clinic at Eglin Air Force Base and me as the Hospital Administrator. All of our dealings, both professional and social, are remembered in a positive fashion. My respect for him was evidenced by the fact that I had him do the honors of handling my personal retirement ceremony. Dr Wells shall be missed by his fellow airmen. My thoughts are with you all at this time.
