Jane Runzel's Obituary
Mrs. Jane Runzel, age 84, died Saturday, March 26, 2005 in Muskegon. She was born on February 4, 1921 to Edward and Helen (Christianson) Vincent, and had resided in the Muskegon area all of her life. Mrs. Runzel was an active member of First Congregational Church, and an avid tennis player. On September 25, 1946 she married William H. Runzel, who preceded her in death on February 6, 1993. SURVIVORS include her daughter, Jan (Martin) Wills of Muskegon; grandson, Martin Wills II of Kittery, ME; and great-granddaughter, Erin Wills. She is also survived by 3 nieces, Kerri D’Alcorn, Juli (Steve) Satterelli, Barb (Jay) Rogers; Rachel & Wyatt Satterelli; nephew, Robert (Jan) D’Alcorn, and will also be missed by many friends and caregivers. Mrs. Runzel was also preceded in death by her sister, Christie Bloomer, and very special niece, Pam D’Alcorn. MEMORIAL SERVICES will be 2 PM Wednesday at First Congregational Church with Rev. Sally Seith officiating. Memorial Contributions to the Michigan Chapter of Special Olympics and Multiple Sclerosis would be appreciated.
