My Aunt Janette ALWAYS had pickles for me at every single family gathering as a nice of hers. Her son Karl was a little brother to us and we spent a lot of time playing while growing up. I was so jealous when he got to open the very first Nintendo system that my aunt Janette was so proud to get for him. I miss her laugh and love to watch the good old family video tapes I’d watching her play the guitar and sing. She had such an AMAZING voice! Forget going to miss you my dear aunt!

So sorry to hear of Jan's passing. Had to pleasure of working with her for many years at DHHS. Such a funny caring friend. Jan loved her family, friends and the Detroit Pistons! Karl she was so proud of you and your accomplishments. Family I will keep you all in my prayers. Rest well my friend ❤️

Karl, Sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother. Yes Janette would come out to the porch to watch me mow her yard, trim the bushes, clean the yard. When I would get done she would always call me over to her to talk to me. I’m going to miss seeing Janette on her porch 🙂
