I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked with Jeff at the Standale Meijer. We both started early in the morning, he always had a ready smile to begin the day. It was a pleasure to know him.

I didn't get to know you that well, but I won't forget that you always didn't forget my name. When you see me at work (Meijer) you always said hi Kathy. I will sure miss those hi's from you.

Jeff, I wish I had the words to express how much I (the 3 of us actually), miss you. I don't want this to be sad, so I'm going to be me. I have so many great memories of the 4 of us. Lunches at McDonald's and Burger King, Cedar Point, dodging fights in the mall area between the houses, going to the carnival where Woodland Mall is now, and riding the tilt-a-whirl. I think about you every day, remember some wild shit we did, and smile. I expect to meet up on the other side brother, but I'm not in a hurry to get there, so take your time getting to know the place. I love you.
I remember riding in the “gutless cutlass” in the mid-seventies with Jeff driving. When you are 15 you watch how other people drive and Jeff would turn the wheel with a cool under hand grip.
I told him about that in a Meijer cafe a few years ago and he seemed surprised to have an impact. He was a cool guy and I am going to try that move in my Buick (they haven’t made a cutlass in decades) and think about Jeff DeGraaf.
