We will treasure the time that we shared our home with Jeff and his dog Fred during his last 7 months. The circumstances were difficult but the connection we grew over the 7 months of home care for Jeff was filled with many wonderful moments that we will always treasure.
Each morning Jeff would sit out on our front porch taking in nature and all the wildlife that roams our neighborhood. Waving to our neighbors who became regulars checking in on Jeff. This was his tranquility. At times We would sit out there and speak of deep personal things that were on our minds, each feeling heard and cared about. I cherish that immensely.
Jeff had a funny sense of humor but his soft side is what won me over from the start. He was very funny with his nurses and always trying to make it as easy on all of us as possible. He was not a complainer.
He brought us laughter and kindness, and furry Fred the dog. Fred is still with us and a comfort to us as we get used to Jeff not being here.
Every hug for Fred is a hug for Jeff. Jeff was loved very much and holds space in our heart now and forever.
Jeff we are so glad that we got to visit with you in October. We had such a great conversation with you. Now you will see Bill as you had stated to us when we saw you. Rest In Peace my cousin. Condolences to your family! Love Ray and Robin Stafford

I met Jeff once and he was so warm . I know Mike & Lea and his brothers will miss him. Such a loving family . God has opened his arms to embrace you all in this difficult time.
My fondest memories are of all the times Jeff and I spent in the woods hunting or getting wet while we fished along cockery creek. Jeff you have been my best friend since 3rd grade and I can't wait till we can hunt and fish together again. RIP brother and I will always love you.
Aimee and family , I am so sorry for your loss, I will keep you all in my prayers, your dad was always such a nice , kind person and I’m sure he was so proud of you all! May he Rest In Peace 🙏🏻✝️️
