Jennifer My thoughts and prayers are with your family, I know you are in a better place. I'm hoping you'll meet up with my mom who died on May 22. You are both angels and will always have a special place in my heart. I remember the last time we were together and stayed out half the night just laughing and getting caught up! My thoughts and prayers are with Jenifer's family today as they celebrate her life. As a high school friend and neighbor, I remember her as one of the truly special people I've ever known. If there had been an award for the "Nicest Person" in the class of '66, she would've won it. It was wonderful seeing her at the reunion last year. Jennifer--I will miss you deeply. YOu were such a wonderful,positive, full of life person and always facing anything in life with a funny little giggle and happiness.I have so many fond memories of the wonderful times we all shared when we were all so young. I spent a few weeks with Jenny just prior to her death. I returned home
on May 19th and she passed June 6.

The time we shared was one of the highlights of our friendship. I learned
from her life and through her dying. I was awed by her long-suffering with such
grace. I'll never forget her smile when
I walked in to her apartment on April 24 and she said "let's go out for a hamburg!!"

Jenny made us laugh and I experienced her strength, courage, strong convictions, her passions, her creativity and her complexity.

She saw no wrong in others, everyone
being equal and in my sadness I will
celebrate her life each day of my life.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I'd met Jenifer many times when visiting Danny Reid when they were married. I always enjoyed her upbeat and positive energy. I recently lost both parents, so I can empathize greatly as to how this affects our human and spiritual condition and experience. I enjoyed working with Jenifer at Kuiper's Sandy Point. She was pursuing a career as a special educatioon teacher at the time, and gave me a lot of timely advice. She never compalined and always had a smile. I was able to reconnect with her about 2 years ago. She didn't dwell on her illness, and still maintained her composure and that vibrant smile.
