Jerry left a legacy that most of us will never live up to. He will be missed very much by many people in the community. He always had a great presence and a huge smile. The staff at the Pharmacy will always hold a special place in their hearts for Kathy and the family. May the lives he touched give you some comfort in his passing.

Poobah, you will be missed. The father-son dinners that you included me in with Jeremy always made me feel special, and you were like a dad I never had.
I hadn't worked with Jerry long at CMH until we realized that we both bought shirts from Lands End - usually when they went on sale. Every once in awhile we would walk in with identical shirts on, and Jerry would say, "You have great taste in shirts Pete!". He always said "hi" with a smile when passing in the hall. He had a beautiful heart and really cared about many of his clients. He was a great man. Pete Chandler
Jerry welcomed me to the team about a year ago with open arms! We spent a lot of time laughing and joking, I will never forget him nor ever forget the kind words he always had for me. He touched many lives and I hope his family knows they are being prayed for and thought of. Take care.
To Jerry's family, CMH lost a dear friend and wonderful social worker last Friday. We are numb with grief. Jerry and I had many long talks about our cats, our families, grad school, and just about anything else that crossed our minds. He was a kind and gentle man who was always eager to engage with those around him. I will miss him because he was one of those people who made me feel embraced with warmth when ever I was in his presence. May God comfort all who are grieving his loss. Sara Boersma
