Marty Dornbos Former Sister-In-Law
Jerry had been in my life since I was 5 yrs. old. He was my former brother-in-law and he always let me stick close to my sister regardless of how much i drove him crazy. Case in point; we were eating dinner one nite in their first apt. above my grandmothers house, and i had put a mouth full of potatoes in my mouth, and Jerry had said something funny and I spit them the potatoes out all over him. I just sat there looking at him to see what he was going to do...he started to laugh, which got my sister and I laughing. The last time I saw my brother-in-law we laughed about the potato incident. I had always considered him part of our family, and I was sad to hear he had passed. I cried. The only time I think Jerry ever said no to me was when he and my sister went on their honeymoon, and he wouldnt let me go with them. I cried them too.! Just couldnt understand why he didnt want me with them. He loved me like a sister, and I loved him like a brother. I will miss him. My thoughts are with you David,Chris, Beth, and Maggie.Warmest Regards, Marty..(Phyllis's sister). This is a fabulous pic of him.
