Jim L. Wilson, age 59, of Grand Haven passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023, at home surrounded by his loving family. Despite him being self-identified as “Just Jim”, he was truly somebody to everybody. Friends may remember him as Read Obituary
The first Christmas in our home Jim and Toni came to help us decorate. Well, Toni did. As I recall Jim and Rick tried to stay out of it as much as possible. Jim did offer one suggestion for the Christmas village train. He said he had the perfect spot for a train. It was. (The train was already there, but he’d had a couple of drinks and didn’t see it)
An awesome sushi dinner followed by the best concert ever!!!

I was cutting Jim’s hair for the last few years! I remember when I first started and did his hair for the first time. I enjoyed having him in my chair and hearing him talk about his adventures and his family. The salon and I will miss him!

I have so many memories of Jim....from his shananagans in school, to living down the road from us at Wall Lake, to him working with my husband at Camshaft and riding 3 wheelers at the gravel pit and riding them up north to the guys golfing and drinking more than golfing. We only saw each other a couple time after he moved up North but always asked his mom and dad how he was doing when I saw them. You will be missed! Live life every day to it's fullest because you never know when it will be your last! Prayers to his family!!!
Celebration of Life
Many laughs and memories of Jim. He was always so happy and we will keep those memories close to our hearts. It was an honor to have him as a friend. Our prayers and love go out to Toni and the family. Greg and Sharon Bartman ❤️
So many wonderful memories with Jim and Tony. We always had so much fun hanging out. Jim was quite the character! Always happy. An awesome sense of humor. Jimmy and I always will remember our trip to punta cana with them. I for one will always say Jim and Tony were soulmates. He will be sorely missed.
Todd and I will forever cherish the years with Jim and Toni. He always had a smile and his love for Toni was so evident. They had what most people dream about. We will miss you friend.
