" Our sympathy to JoAnn's family, I just wanted to say what a wonderful lady she was, We worked together at the Regional Center until it closed, then we transferred to the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans, We started a car pool and you just don't know all the stories told and conversation had in a 45 min. trip to Grand Rapids and back home each day. Thank you JoAnn for Me and my Wife to be able to know you an share some great times together.

My sympathy and thoughts to JoAnn's family; I have great memories of the 4-H years and our Japanese exchange guests. JoAnn was a very special person - she will be missed!

Dear Girls - What a remarkable trip we've been on since the mid-70's when I and my girls Collette and Nicolle joined the Iverson (Shurino) family along with Kelly. I was blessed with 3 daughters now plus a load of fun-loving cousins. It was doubly fun since you girls were all about the same age. You sure spent a lot of time together and there were loads of giggles. She has always been "Aunt Joann" to the girls. Of course, your Mom treated us like we had been cousins for ever and ever. I will always remember her fun spirit, her loving heart and her philosophy "The More, The Merrier". I don't think she ever met a person that was a stranger. I really envied her ability to be outgoing and able to make each person feel special. God truly has a very special angel, and I can hear her laughing and hugging our Nicholas "real good".
You are all in our prayers as you grieve the loss of your Mom. We pray that you will find peace knowing she is in a most remarkable place.
Blessings and Love,
Cousins Dick and Karen Iverson
Our condolences to JoAnn's family.
