I remember being so impressed by her as a young high schooler! She was with Omaha PD when we met I think for the first time. She was independent and brave but showed compassion. She was so kind to me. But your entire family was a safe place for me to be!

The abundance of memories I am able to hold and cherish of the 30 years of life I got to call you my 2nd mom are incredibly special. From camping trips, Disney, scrapbooking parties, gun ranges, dinners, rescued kitties, to laughing until we cry, encouraging words, and even tears you live on in so many big, little, and unforgettable moments. I am eternally grateful to have known such a wonderful, sweet lady. I know you will be waiting with arms stretched wide when we reunite one day. I love you, and will miss you deeply!!💜💜
