Like a number of guys at EHS, John and I had a few occasions to talk just one on one and he usually had something profound to say. We weren't really close friends, but I can't think of my classmates without John at the head of the pack. And that big booming laugh of his! My condolences to his family, both in Michigan and here, and I really look forward to hearing that laugh again in Heaven
So true that John always made everyone laugh in high school! It's sad to hear of his passing. Way too young!

So terribly sorry to hear of John's passing. In high school, we all had crushes on him. He had the biggest smile!
