John I. Coon's Obituary
Mr. John Irving Coon, age 43, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning, June 7, 2005. He was a devoted father, wonderful son and brother, was kind and loving. John was born May 13, 1962 in Fremont, CA to Clifford and Vivian (Markowski) Coon and had lived in the Muskegon area for most of his life. Mr. Coon was a 1980 graduate of Holton High School and a postal carrier in Muskegon for 16 years. John was also a devoted member of his church, Central Assembly of God. SURVIVORS include his children, Josh, Amanda, and Bradley; his parents, Clifford and Vivian Coon of Muskegon Heights; sister, Suzanne Coon of Orlando, FL; his 89 year old grandmother, Alice, of Holton; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. SERVICES will be 4:00 PM Saturday at Central Assembly of God, 896 Home Street, with Dr. Gordon Aikin and Pastor Leonard Coon officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Holton. VISITATION will be from 5-8 PM Friday at
