Mrs. Joyce A. Bunnell's Obituary
Mrs. Joyce A. Bunnell, 82, passed away Thursday evening, March 25, 2015, at her home. Born July 25, 1932 in Sand Lake, MI to LeRoy and Julia (Dart) Gilbert, she was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was married to Paul R. Bunnell for almost 50 years prior to his death in 1998. Together they had owned Holton Food Market before retiring in 1995. Joyce was a member of her church’s Relief Society, and enjoyed teaching Adult Sunday School classes. Her SURVIVORS include a daughter, Paula J. Wyant; grandchildren Michael, Patricia and Julia Wyant; and a sister, Sally McNair; as well as many nieces and nephews. Joyce was an avid reader, especially of mystery stories. VISITATION for Mrs. Bunnell will be 5-8 P.M. Monday, March 30, 2015 at Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442, phone 231-726-5210; and A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1725 W. Giles Rd., North Muskegon. Burial will be in Holton Cemetery.
