Kyle Scott Foster's Obituary
Mr. Kyle Scott Foster, age 25, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 in Howell, MI after a life-long fight against Muscular Dystrophy. He was born in Muskegon on May 14, 1990 and was a life resident of the area. Kyle was a graduate of Fruitport High School, class of 2009. He loved talking about politics and going to college; and he achieved Dean’s List honors twice. Kyle was a child ambassador for Muscular Dystrophy and he didn’t let the disease slow him down. He was active in power-chair sports and traveled with Muskegon Waves each year to Michigan State University for a tournament. He loved to travel and enjoyed many trips; some of his favorites included Las Vegas, Florida, Disney World and Universal Studios, Chicago, and a family trip to New York City. He enjoyed all types of music and loved going to karaoke to sing. Kyle also enjoyed movies, especially the drive-ins. His mind was like a sponge, taking in and retaining as much information as he could. Even as his body was failing him, he was still mentally very sharp. Kyle was a well-spoken, kind hearted, loving man who will be remembered for his ability to make friends and love anyone. He is survived by his father, Jeff (Jamie) Foster; his mother, Tammy (Jamie Schultz) Foster; siblings, Zachary and Emily Foster; grandma, Karen Davis; aunts and uncles, Chuck and Kim Davis, Sherry Davis, Teresa Calkins, Craig Davis, Glenn and Marlette Foster, Kerri and Greg Pavlich, Brian Foster, Pam and Bob Fodrocy, Diane and Colin Cook and Patty Lowe; and many loving cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Chuck Davis, Roy and Caroline Foster; and his uncle, Daniel Foster. You may join his family for a CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE from 5-8 PM Monday, December 14, 2015 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100. MEMORIALS may be made to his family to help with funeral expenses or to Muskegon Waves.
